This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how ABA Baking Art Training Center (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit our website, inquire about our courses, register for programs or otherwise interact with us.

  • Personal Information collected: Version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
Inquiry and Application information
  • Purpose of collection: To respond to your inquiries about courses, events, or workshops, and to process course registrations.
  • Source of collection: Collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Odoo.
  • Personal Information collected: Name, date of birth, contact details, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
Student Registration information
  • Purpose of collection: To enroll you in our programs, manage your account, provide educational services and deal with any complaints or feedbacks you may have.
  • Source of collection: Collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Odoo.
  • Personal Information collected: Name, date of birth, contact details, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, phone number, emergency contact details, and health/dietary information relevant to program participation.
Newsletter
  • Purpose of collection: To send updates, educational content, and marketing communications (with your consent).
  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you subscribe on our website.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Stored in our CRM and shared with our processor Odoo.
  • Personal Information collected: Name (if provided) and email address.
Third-party platform information
  • Purpose of collection: To respond to your interest in our services, and to enable our team to contact you.
  • Source of collection: Collected from you when you submit your details through third-party lead generation platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram (Meta) paid ads.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Odoo.
  • Personal Information collected: Name, email address, phone number, and any additional information you provide via these platforms.

Consent

By submitting any Personal Information to us, you consent and agree that we may collect, use and disclose such Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and as permitted or required by law.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not provide any Personal Information to us. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with the services that can be offered on our Site.

  • We use Odoo Audiences to help us show ads on other websites with our advertising partners to buyers who made purchases with other Odoo merchants and who may also be interested in what we have to offer. We also share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchases with Odoo Audiences, through which other Odoo merchants may make offers you may be interested in.

 Your personal data is stored on secure servers located in Lebanon. If data is transferred outside Lebanon, we ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations by implementing appropriate safeguards.

Do Not Track

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
