CANCELLATION POLICY

At BAKING ART TRAINING CENTER (“ABA”), we value your commitment to learning and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy governs cancellations, no-shows, and refund procedures for all classes offered by ABA. By enrolling in a course, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation by Students

Students may cancel their registration for any booked class at any time by providing written notice in accordance with the "How to Cancel" clause below.

Non-Refundable Policy: Notwithstanding the foregoing, all cancellations shall be non-refundable, irrespective of the date, timing, or reason for such cancellation. By completing the registration process, the student hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this no-refund policy.
How to cancel?

To cancel your registration, please contact us via email, website or phone number. We will confirm your cancellation and provide details about any applicable refunds, credits, or fees.

 No-Show Policy

If a student does not attend the scheduled course, the absence will be considered as a no-show and the student will be charged the full course fee without prior notification.

No rescheduling, credit, or transfer options will be available.

2. Cancellations by ABA

ABA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course up to 7 days prior to its start date. In such case, registered students will be offered a full refund of the booked class.

3. Exceptions in Case of Emergency

At ABA, we recognize that unexpected events can happen, and we are committed to approaching such situations with empathy and fairness.

In cases of emergencies (such as: Sudden illness, injury, or family emergencies, severe weather, bereavement, or other unforeseen personal emergencies), registered students may contact us directly to request an exception to our standard cancellation and refund policy, and will be eligible for a full refund, subject to review.

 Request Process

Requests must be submitted through our official communication channels (phone, email, or website contact form) within 24 hours before or after the missed session.

 Documentation

We may require supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, hospital discharge papers, or an official notice.

Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by ABA management. If approved, options may include a credit transfer to a future class, a partial refund, or rescheduling based on availability.

Important Notes

  • Exceptions are not guaranteed and are granted at the sole discretion of ABA.
  • Non-emergency personal conflicts, last-minute schedule changes, or failure to attend without notification are not considered valid grounds for exceptions.
  • All approved credits must be used within 3 months of issuance; otherwise, they will expire.

4. Policy Updates

This cancellation policy is subject to change, and we will notify you of any updates.

"We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we are here to support you in making the most of your learning journey with us."
