ABA 3-Week Program Overview

The ABA 3-Week Program is a recurring short-course format designed for home bakers, baking enthusiasts, and amateur learners who prefer a shorter learning experience over the existing 5-week professional program.

Each intake focuses on a specific baking or pastry theme and provides participants with practical, hands-on training over three consecutive days. Topics are rotated throughout the year based on the training calendar and market demand, allowing the program to remain fresh and relevant while offering participants the flexibility to enrol in the subjects that interest them most.

The program serves as an accessible entry point into baking and pastry education, enabling learners to develop foundational skills and gain confidence in a focused area without committing to a longer course.

Upon Successful Completion

Students will receive:

-        ABA Academy Certificate attested from SPEA

All training sessions conducted by ABA Academy are open to participants in the region, including our countries: UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon, KSA, Oman, Bahrain and Jordan
